Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items, with all original tags attached, back into the original packaging or a durable mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
